First Baptist Church of Midway

Welcome to the Kid's Kingdom children's ministry! Our children's ministry is growing and we offer lots of creative children's activities. We believe being at church should be the best times of the week for our children.

We stand ready to partner with parents in providing a safe and fun place for children to experience a life-changing relationship with Jesus Christ, grow in their faith, make friends and build memories.

Our mission is to:

1. Love each child and offer Christian role models.

2. Invite each child to a relationship with Jesus Christ.

3. Teach each child to love God and understand Scripture.

4. Prepare each child to honor God throughout their life.

Our Sunday School provides a creative learning environment, for children with various learning styles. They experience Bible truths and apply them in their daily lives. Classes are scheduled on Sunday mornings at 9:00.

During Children's Church our teaching team is dedicated to making learning fun and meaningful, with creative activities, small group discussions, and relevant Bible lessons. Children's Church is on Sunday mornings at 10:30.

On Wednesday evenings, Kid's Kingdom also offers children opportunities to sin worship songs, learn music skills, and study Scripture. The Kid's Kingdom children practice and perform several special musicals during the year.

Family Events are scheduled throughout the year to give children and their parents opportunities to have fun together and build friendships. Events include ice skating, swimming, bowling, roller skating, picnics, crafts, community service, etc.

During our Vacation Bible School, each summer, children fill every corner of the church and participate in exciting worship. Our school-age children also look forward to summer camp each year.
